We do NOT sell parts. However, if you cannot locate some parts in
the shipment that you just received from our company, or if you just
received the merchandise but you need some parts such as movement,
please submit the form below.
The part such as pendulum, key or other parts should be wrapped with
the packing material and included in the package. We would
appreciate it if you could look through all packing material. Most
customers have found the missing part in the package.
This request will be reviewed and responded within 24 to 72 hours.
